IGNOU TEE Exam
The Term-End Examination (TEE) of IGNOU is the official assessment conducted twice yearly by Indira Gandhi National Open University as a way to evaluate the students’ progress within the courses they registered in Open and Distance Learning and in Online mode. The TEE is an important part of completing any course in a programme(s) of study and is typically held each year in June and June. Students can only be cleared to sit for the TEE after they submit their compulsory assignments and have studied for the minimum prescribed study time for the programme. The TEE is constructued as a Descriptive Pen-Paper based Theory examination, and the TEE schedule of dates, time (Morning and Evening) and course codes is promulgated formally and visibly by the University in a IGNOU Date Sheet on the University website. Although students are personally responsible to verify their qualification for any TEE, students’ eligibility to sit for the TEE is confirmed when the Hall Ticket (Admit Card) is issued as entry into the examination centre.
